Baptism Assistance

Baptism is an important milestone in the life of a Christian and members of the Baptism Ministry have the honor of serving a person for this important event. A team member will welcome baptismal candidates with appropriate garments and towels and assist with whatever is needed as the baptism is being performed. Afterwards, volunteers will mop up water, gather and launder linens for future use, and generally tidy up. Although baptisms are often planned in advance, the team is always ready to assist on a Sunday morning in the event of an impromptu baptism. This ministry is looking for reliable people who have a servant’s heart.
